My reaction for idiotic proposals by USA djmuseum especially what "this someone" (is he mentally ill or what?) created recently ---https://www.patreon.com/TheDJMuseum/membership - his proposal is to pay money or a lot of money for nothing in fact!!

The history of disco and DJing has been unlucky, incredibly unlucky. In recent years, it has been handled by mentally ill people, con artists=crooks, or just plain scammers/criminals.


1.)

In 2002, a mess called USA - MIAMI / WINTER MUSIC CONFERENCE appeared. A STINKY and DIRTY AFFAIR by creatures named Zoeli and Ceraolo - against the creator of the DJ Hall of Fame - MARTY ANGELO. --- https://1952yahudeejay1970.blogspot.com/p/disco-controversy.html

In 2003, something like this suddenly appeared in the USA. The Dance Music Hall of Fame was created in when music industry veteran John Parker (Robbins Entertainment) thought that something needed to be done to honor the creators and innovators of dance music. He enlisted the help of Eddie O'Loughlin (Next Plateau Records) initially and then they brought Daniel Glass (Glassworks?), Tom Silverman (Tommy Boy Records) & Brian Chin (noted dance music writer/historian) in to form the organization. The Dance Music Hall of Fame recognizes the contributions of those who have had a significant impact on the evolution and development of dance music and celebrates the history and significance of the genre.

This boded well for the future because real disco pioneers took part in it.
